Creative Project Manager

At Mindflite Capital, we are searching for an inspiring and solution-oriented Creative Project Manager to join our team. Duties include

• – Plan, organize, execute, and control projects, both large and small, to ensure a smooth office environment
• -Copywriting all English text with correct grammar.
• -Marketing. Create viral campaigns that will launch our social media presence
• -Organize events and after works for clients
• -Light web and graphic design
• -Work with budgets, statistics and ROI reporting
• -Manage relationships and daily communication with different internal stakeholders and external partners, e.g. suppliers, partners, models, influencers
• -Support coordination at photoshoots
• -Oversee projects and coordinate marketing activities, online and offline, across all relevant departments and channels
• -Create and present reports, briefs and project summaries

Requirements

• -2-4 years professional experience in project management or creative coordinator role
• -Ability to create planning routines and manage multiple projects
• -A strong understanding of social media and industry trends
• -Creative thinking and excellent communication skills in English. Must be native English speaking.
• -Outstanding team-player with an ability to inspire people
• -Hands-on and proactive approach to match the Mindflite Capital spirit
• -Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
