Pesticide Applicator / Tree Injection Specialists Temp to Perm

Almstead Tree & Shrub Care is seeking NYS Certified Pesticide Applicators (preferred) or experienced professionals with a strong background in tree injection treatments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, environmentally conscious tree care company dedicated to preserving the health of urban landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tree injection treatments with precision and care
• Treat ash trees for Emerald Ash Borer
• Treat elm trees for Dutch Elm Disease
• Follow all safety protocols and application standards

• NYS Pesticide Applicator Certification (preferred) or relevant field experience
• Experience with tree injection systems and treatments
• Knowledge of ash and elm tree care is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Compensation & Employment Details

• Pay range: $22–$32 per hour , based on experience
• Initial 3-month contract assignment
• Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance
