Qualifications and Profile

Degree in within Engineering or equivalent

Leadership experience

Feature management knowledge and/or Testing (Physical and Virtual)

Experience of working within testing or SW development

Experience working Agile/ SAFe

Excellent communication skills

Creative and with a positive attitude

Open minded and with a desire to succeed

Within GTT, Complete Vehicle we are investing in the new technologies areas automation, electromobility & connectivity and we are now looking for a lead engineer within automation area. We are looking for you who have experience from product development, features, testing and with good understanding of the vehicle industry. You have an innovative mind-set and good coordination skills. We are looking for a strong creative individual that loves being part of a team.

Main tasks

• Lead and drive automation way of working activities within FVV Globally
• Lead and drive the development and establishment of V&V methods, investments and equipment to fully master automation
• Work in close collaboration with other departments such as Vehicle Automation
