Efectuează și interpretează investigații de radiologie și imagistică medicală (RMN, CT, radiografie și ecografie, conform competențelor), stabilește diagnosticul imagistic, redactează și semnează buletinele de interpretare, colaborează cu medicii trimițători, respectă protocoalele, normele de radioprotecție și procedurile interne.Consultă, examinează și evaluează pacienții, stabilește diagnosticul, recomandă și monitorizează tratamentul, solicită și interpretează investigațiile necesare.
