Qualifications

Extensive project management experience and/or line management

Experience in automation, electromobility and/or connectivity is a merit

Clear communication, verbally and in writing

Fluent in English, verbally and in writing

Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent

Position description

As a Lead Project Manager within Project Office Gothenburg, you will be a key player in the most extensive vehicle/driveline projects and manage Project Office strategic areas. Within GTT we are investing in new technologies such as Automation, Electrification & Connectivity and we are now looking for a leader with experience in those areas.

You will have the role as Chief Project Manager and work in close cooperation with a variety of stakeholders and solution providers, e.g. Product Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Aftermarket and Sales to secure the complete project delivery.

You will be responsible for the project performance and work with a broad perspective from high level prerequisites and concept development in the early phases – to the later project phases managing planning, development and delivery.

Main responsibilities

• Manage project management team, stakeholders and report to Steering Committee.
• Manage the project according to set targets and business objectives.
• Take an active role in developing future ways of working in Project Office, with an end user and customer mind set.
