Admin Assistant

• 1+ year of administrative experience in a fast paced environment;
• Microsoft Office;
• Service minded; Highly organize and strong attention to detail;
• Solid problem solving and time management skills;
• Great interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); Swedish and English are must, Chinese is a plus;
• Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment;
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures;
• Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management;

In this position, you will provide a wide range of office administrative support to the company, including

• Greet and direct office visitors and clients, answer and transfer inbound calls, distribute post and receivables;
• Handle HQ requests for information and data;
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries;
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
• Maintain office supply inventory;
• Coordinate office equipment maintenance;
