• Should have 5+ years servicenow implementation and support experience
• Should have hands on experience of at least 2 projects (ServiceNow HRSM implementation)
• HRSM implementation experience in ServiceNow Helsinki and above is preferred
• HR Service management
• HR case management
• Integration of ServiceNow with third party applications like workday, Success factor etc
• Strong in HR domain
• Good communication skills
• Requirement gathering
