University degree (BSc electrical engineering or similar)
Experience in quality topics is a plus but newcomers are welcome too
Analytical mindset
Strong process orientation & negotiation skills
Self-driven multitasker
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language • Ensure high production quality for our heat pumps
Analyze production and field failures with focus on electrical and electronic systems
Develop test systems and concepts for electrical and electronic systems
Lead the problem solving and improvement work for upcoming topics
