Construction works Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable that telecom implementation activities are performed according to project plan, quality, costs, detailed design, customer guidelines and Nokia delivery model, processes and tools (standards).
• Responsible for support of Project Manager and Rollout Manager in project preparation & planning by providing Telecom Implementation guidelines and specification and in project execution phase for all TI topics
• Accountable for training content relevant for Telecom implementation in line with global content and customer specificities for all project team including subcontractors/Service companies
• Responsible for training execution in TI area for SubCo/ServCo
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling TI delivery against deployment processes and operational KPIs
• Plan and Execution of telecom implementation activities according to Customer contract for implementation guidelines, site process, quality and H&S standards
• Project specific installation planning guidelines in line with Deploy specification implemented.
• Project team and Subco/ServCo trained on Telecom Implementation guidelines
• Deploy procedures, tool, delivery model and guidance implemented for TI work
• Criteria defined and implemented for acceptance of TI services and material with supplier and customer.
• Identification of adherence gaps in Telecom Implementation processes, automation, tools utilization, quality, H&S compliances and co-ordinate corrective actions with respective rollout stakeholders

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5–8+ years of experience in telecom construction works or implementation management, including leadership of site build or rollout teams.
• Proven experience ensuring telecom implementation (TI) and construction activities are executed according to project plans, detailed designs, customer requirements, Nokia delivery models, and industry standards.
• Strong ability to support Project Managers and Rollout Managers during project planning and execution by providing construction and implementation guidelines, specifications, and technical input.
• Experience in developing and delivering Telecom Implementation (TI) training programs for internal teams, subcontractors, and service companies, ensuring alignment with global standards and customer requirements.
• Strong capability in monitoring and controlling TI delivery performance using operational KPIs, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, timeline, and HSE standards.
• Experience in planning and executing telecom implementation activities in accordance with customer contracts, installation guidelines, and deployment processes.
