About The Role

¡Hola! Are you a looking to join a fun and ambitious team? Do you want to help us raise the bar for authentic Mexican food in Copenhagen and create great service experiences ? Do you want to learn new skills along the way?

Restaurant Sanchez – part of a group of contemporary Mexican restaurant concepts run by Rosio Sanchez. We’re looking for fun people with an interest in Mexican food to join our restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring that the food is of excellent quality, we only work with the best quality and you need to be a guardian of this.
Service and kitchen tasks will be necessary to work with us, we not only serve food but we also interact with guests and work together with the service team.
Coordinating with coworkers and assisting when necessary
Taking inventory of food items in fridges and freezers, we constantly keep a track and we work with fresh produce so we must keep on top of stock rotation and quality.
Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, we like to work together in a place where people feel safe as in the team as with the guest.
