We're looking for an experienced CDL Driver Instructor & Safety Trainer who is passionate about safety, coaching, and helping others succeed. If you've built a successful career behind the wheel and enjoy mentoring others, we'd like to talk with you.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $65,000 – $75,000 annual salary

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct classroom and behind-the-wheel CDL training for newly hired drivers
• Deliver training in accordance with Starr standards, FMCSA regulations, and industry best practices
• Evaluate driver performance and provide coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback
• Conduct road evaluations and skills assessments
• Provide refresher, remedial, and safety-focused training for current drivers as needed
• Reinforce defensive driving techniques, passenger safety practices, and customer service expectations
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, ELDT, and state licensing requirements
• Maintain accurate training records
• Support driver development initiatives
• Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
