Subway Manager (Full-time)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Subway Manager at SPAR Ballyfermot. As a Subway Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Subway restaurant within our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Subway staff members.

• Manage and supervise all Subway staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service are maintained at all times
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maximize profitability
• Create and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to all Subway brand standards, policies, and procedures
