Riverflex is supporting a leading European retail group on a high-priority technology transformation . We are looking for an experienced Tech Transformation Manager to lead cross-European initiatives focused on infrastructure, cloud, networks, and DevOps .

You’ll work closely with senior tech leaders across multiple countries to drive alignment, structure, and delivery of foundational tech capabilities. This role is strategic, operational, and highly visible—ideal for a strong transformation leader with deep tech fluency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation delivery across European markets.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the C-level .
• Oversee and align workstreams in infrastructure, network, cloud, and DevOps .
• Drive structure, momentum, and results in a complex, multinational environment.
