LTL Operator

Logika 4PL is a fourth-party logistics company delivering supply chain consulting, freight, warehousing, distribution, customs clearance, and related logistics solutions. We support customers across the logistics chain with practical, reliable operational expertise and a strong focus on service quality.

As an LTL Operator, you will play an important role in keeping daily freight operations running smoothly. This position is well suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across documentation, shipment coordination, and customer communication in a busy logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations documentation and customer service to the team.
• Manage multiple LTL shipments and priorities across daily operations.
• Coordinate shipment updates and support issue resolution with warehouse teams.
• 3+ years of experience in freight operations, including hands-on work with daily freight documentation.
• Experience managing multiple LTL shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, ERP systems, and transportation management or other logistics operations systems accurately in day-to-day work.
• Working knowledge of FTL, groupage, cross-docking, and pallet-network operations.
• Customer service experience supporting shippers, carriers, or internal operations teams, including coordinating shipment updates and resolving issues with warehouse teams.
• Business-fluent English.
• Eligible to work in Greece.
