Manager Quality & EHS (m/f)

Tasks

Lead and continuously improve the site's Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management Systems, ensuring effective and sustainable practices.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and all applicable quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Monitor Quality & EHS performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Facilitate root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance.

Oversee customer complaints, process deviations, risk assessments, and quality-related investigations to ensure effective resolution and learning.

Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.

Develop and support the Quality & EHS team while working closely with Production, Engineering, and leadership teams to improve manufacturing performance, product quality, and safety outcomes.

Profile

• Master (Bac+5) - Génie industriel, Génie mécanique, Management de la qualité, Hygiène-Sécurité-Environnement (HSE/EHS), Ingénierie environnementale
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering, or related environment

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Continuous Improvement

• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Teamwork, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Lean / TPM / GPS methodology experience
• Fluent English and French communication skills
