We are currently recruiting a Senior Accountant to join an international group.

The Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation for various Luxembourg SPVs and funds.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including NAV calculations as necessary.
• Engage with clients, client advisors, investors, auditors (handling audit queries), and third parties.
• Coordinate investor services, including onboarding and transactions.
• Interpret and incorporate transactional legal documents into financial records.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing board and shareholders' meetings.
• Prepare VAT and tax returns.
• Compile periodic CSSF/BCL reports and other fund-related documentation.
• Support in preparing consolidated accounts when required. • Undertake assigned projects and initiatives from direct Manager.
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Mentor and review the work of colleagues.
• Serve as a role model for new team members, offering training and guidance.

The profile

• Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, Economics, or a related field (Professional certifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA would be advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years of pertinent experience in domiciliation and alternative investment fund administration or within audit firms.
• Proficient in LUXGAAP accounting principles
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated responsiveness and client-centric approach with exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
