Description des tâches
- Mise en place et organisation de la cave du jour.
- Préparation du matériel de sommellerie et du service des vins.
- Carafage, décantage, présentation et service des vins selon les standards de l'établissement.
- Participation à la gestion des stocks, aux inventaires et l'entretien de la cave.
- Apprentissage et maîtrise de la carte des vins.
- Participation au service en salle et assistance au chef sommelier.
