Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements from customers, internal users, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Create, maintain, and regularly update the product backlog.
• Support the Product Owner in prioritizing features, improvements, and technical tasks.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
• Communicate requirements and product decisions to development and QA teams.
• Clarify requirements and answer questions during the development process.
• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, Support, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Assist with feature testing and verify that delivered functionality meets the agreed requirements.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal users.
• Monitor product usage and basic performance metrics.
• Research competing products, market trends, and potential product improvements.
• Support product releases and prepare release notes, internal instructions, and product documentation.
• Track dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.
• Help ensure that product improvements provide measurable value to customers and the business.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, software development, QA, technical support, or a related field.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum principles.
• Ability to gather, structure, and clearly document requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain business requirements to technical teams.
• Willingness to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a changing environment.
