Project Management Office and Business Operations Manager

• Relevant professional experience from working as a project manager
• Knowledgeable in common business software (i.e. Microsoft Office)
• Leadership attitude (accountability), incl. proficient communication skills
• Well structured and good team work skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

Defining GIC business model for operations phase (e.g. services)

Assessing profitability of GIC in scenario-based business models

Defining GIC organisation for operations phase in alignment with business model

Supporting in communication and negotiations with potential business partners / tenants
