About The Role

- Operate ramps and lifts to assist passengers with accessibility needs.
- Provide passengers with information regarding services and destinations.

- Demonstrates an awareness of safety regulations and strives to follow them.
- Adheres to laws, safety regulations and company policies as outlined in training.
- Carry out walkaround checks.
Attention to Detail
- Accurately complete logs and reports to a high standard for any bus defects
- Capability to compile detailed written reports on bus-related incidents and accidents.
- Proficiency in using onboard technology for communication, monitoring, and record-keeping
Versatility
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weeks and nights.
- Ability to adapt to changing routes, schedules and passenger’s requirements.
Cash Handling
- Handle fare collection, issue tickets, and validate all passenger tickets.
- Ensure accurate passenger accounting by verifying fare payment or the validity of tickets and travel passes.
- Balance daily cash sales and submit payments at the end of each shift
