We are looking for a Client Care Manager in Dublin North

Client Care Manager – Join Our Team

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Client Care Manager to lead, support, and coordinate exceptional home care services.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and review client care plans to ensure outstanding service delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and care staff
  • Support and guide carers to deliver person-centred care
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure seamless service provision
  • Maintain high standards in line with HIQA and company policies

What We’re Looking For

  • QQI Level 5 Major Award (minimum) in a healthcare-related field
  • Full clean Irish driving licence (essential)
  • Acces to your own car
  • No criminal convictions
  • Experience in home care or healthcare coordination
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A compassionate, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland, currently resident in Ireland, and hold the approriate documentation (visas, work permits)
