• We're now expanding our commercial presence in San Francisco and looking for someone who can help us build and scale our Enterprise and B2B motion from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).
• Develop efficient, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet product and business requirements.
• Work with relational database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, maintainable systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
• Contribute innovative ideas, improvements, and best-practice solutions to the team.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4 years of experience as a backend or systems developer.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, advanced queries).
• Strong understanding of system-level programming using C or C++.
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems or microservices.
• Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking concepts.
• Passionate about technology, self-driven, and proactive with a "builder" mindset.

OPTIONAL / NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Knowledge of Cassandra or other NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to AI / Machine Learning workflows or integrating AI services.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-native development.
• Performance optimization and low-latency system development.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech projects.
