• Knowledge for statistical process control and process capabities
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions.

• Drive supplier related quality topics for heat pumps and components
• Preventative quality initiative and advance quality planning with suppliers
• Supplier process audits and improvements
• Prepare and finalize supplier related 8D
• Give overview on quality failures and quality costs under responsibility of suppliers
