  • Nous recrutons 2 Kinésithérapeutes (H/F)
  • Réaliser un bilan clinique fonctionnel complet dès l'admission ou selon la prescription médicale
  • Analyser la posture, la mobilité, les capacités respiratoires, musculaires, articulaires et neurologiques
  • Évaluer les risques (chute, dénutrition, fonte musculaire, escarres.) et en informer l'équipe
  • Déterminer, en lien avec les médecins, les objectifs thérapeutiques concrets et personnalisés
  • Réaliser des bilans réguliers pour ajuster la prise en charge
