Education/training

Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience

We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.

Required experience for this role

• Several years of experience of development in Java with focus on backend development (JavaEE, Groovy/Grails, SpringBoot, JBOSS)
• Experience from both manual and automated testing is a must. Proven track record of delivering code with high quality.
• Broad role stretching from functional domain to technical implementation details
• Process skills. Agile:

• Working language: English
• Meriting competence

• Swedish
• Experience from the Retail/CRM domain (Customers, Loyalty) is an additional qualification
• Experience from Docker/Kubernetes is an additional qualification
• experience from JIRA/Confluence (or other Scrum/Kanban planning tool).

About the position

• As a SW Developer, you will work in Java environment
• Broad role stretching from functional domain to technical implementation details
• Work in a small DevOps team with full responsibility for inhouse master data applications with focus on Customer, Loyalty, Supplier etc.
• Responsible as a team member: communicative, self-managing, delivery focused

The Consultant roll

As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
