Manager of Respiratory Therapy -Chillicothe (Days) FT

The Manager Respiratory Therapy leads a team of care providers by cultivating collaboration, enthusiasm, and mutual respect during patient treatments, cardiopulmonary testing and procedures. Promotes positive patient care outcomes, maximizing the patient’s involvement in his/her own plan of care, improving service levels, reducing the length of hospitalization, and decreasing costs. Under the manager’s leadership, patients and their families experience the benefits of patient focused care through the integrated skills of all care team members. The Manager has 24-hour responsibility for overall planning, organization, direction and evaluation of operations for the Respiratory Department and is key in operationalizing the health system’s mission, values and goals.
