General Maintenance Mechanic

Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

Performs routine maintenance tasks across the facility. Responds to hot/cold service calls. Handles basic repairs, including lighting changes, minor equipment fixes, plumbing issues, and ceiling tile replacement. Conducts minor window and roof repairs and performs daily facility rounds to ensure a safe environment. Assists other trades when additional support is needed. Performs related duties as required

Required Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Education: 2 years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade. Preferred Education: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field
