Sales & Production Assistant

Job Description Entravision is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Sales Production Assistant to provide critical support to the Sales team and SVP,General Manager, with an increased focus on production coordination and execution . This hybrid role requires a proactive, energetic team player who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks while also playing a key role in the production of commercial spots and sales-driven content. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting the Sales Department in executing client campaigns from sale through production and air. Coordinating production logistics, including gathering creative assets, scheduling shoots, managing timelines, and liaising with internal production staff and external clients. Assisting in the development and production of sales presentations and promotional materials , ensuring content aligns with brand standards and client goals. Updating marketing and research materials used by the Sales team. Providing daily administrative support to the Sales team and SVP, General Manager. Other duties as assigned, particularly related to sales-focused video content production and client campaign execution.
