Department Supervisor – Dynamics (Fatigue)

Element has an opportunity for a Department Supervisor within the Dynamics (Fatigue) Department. This role is critical to maintaining a safety-first culture while driving technical excellence and efficient workflow execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background with hands-on knowledge of fatigue and fracture mechanics, along with the leadership skills to supervise laboratory operations and support project will work closely with technicians, peers, Department Manager, General Manager, and site leadership, guiding daily lab activities, supporting customer interactions, and ensuring high-quality testing, reporting, and on-time delivery. Salary: $70,000 - $90.000/yr DOE
