Department Supervisor – Dynamics (Fatigue)

Element has an opportunity for a Department Supervisor within the Dynamics (Fatigue) Department. This role is critical to maintaining a safety-first culture while driving technical excellence and efficient workflow execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background with hands-on knowledge of fatigue and fracture mechanics, along with the leadership skills to supervise laboratory operations and support project <delivery.You> will work closely with technicians, peers, Department Manager, General Manager, and site leadership, guiding daily lab activities, supporting customer interactions, and ensuring high-quality testing, reporting, and on-time delivery. Salary: $70,000 - $90.000/yr DOE
