Certified Maintenance

A certified maintenance technician responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of quarry and fixed plant equipment within a lime production facility. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on crushers, conveyors, screens, kilns, pumps, and associated mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. The technician troubleshoots equipment failures, conducts inspections, and executes repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production targets. The position requires strict adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational procedures while collaborating with plant operators, supervisors, and engineering staff to support continuous improvement and long term asset reliability.
