Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for lime kiln process and associated production units. Leads the development of processes, procedures, and guidelines associated with the kiln process to optimize production, improve efficiency, and reduce cost while respecting environmental limitations and ensuring safety is first. The Process Engineer is responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of resources. Performs root cause analysis to determine most appropriate corrective actions. Actively engages plant management and hourly workforce to ensure alignment with plant maintenance activities. Develops strong interpersonal relationships and constructively works across the organization to resolve production and process barriers.
