Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:15am-6:15pm Friday 7:15am-4:15pm Work Location IUH Rehabilitation Services 14645 Hazel Dell Rd #110 Noblesville, IN Primary Responsibilities This position oversees patient flow from entry to destination and ensures timely, accurate, and professional service delivery. Responsibilities include: Accurate and timely resolution of patient accounts. Collecting information to generate complete and accurate financial and demographic records. Insurance verification, prior authorization, and coordination of benefits. Communicating with payers and patients to confirm financial information. Accurate patient registration and scheduling of recurring appointments. Answering incoming calls and directing patients and visitors appropriately. Participating in departmental operations and performance‑improvement activities. Complying with infection control, equipment training, regulatory standards, and safety programs. Ordering, distributing, and maintaining department supplies. Meeting productivity, quality, and service standards to support departmental goals. Requirements High School Diploma/GED is required. Preferred Qualifications 0-3 years Customer Service/Medical experience desired. Minimum one-year medical office experience or combination of extensive customer service work experience and education in insurance verification, patient registration and medical terminology preferred. Requires basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS).
