District Manager

The District Manager is responsible for the operational management and overall success of the Fortress Downhole Tools’ business in their market, including the coordination, performance, and execution of Fortress best practices and procedures. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Fortress supplied products meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements, their operation runs to published efficiency targets, and they maintain the culture of excellence established by Fortress Downhole Tools. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for all employees in his/her facilities.
