Product Manager, AI Vision Systems

The Manufacturing Quality AI Vision IT Team, part of Product Creation & Industrialization Technology (PC & I Tech), modernizes and supports Ford Motor Company’s global manufacturing environment. The team develops, deploys, and supports plant-floor systems that enable the Ford Production System, digital birth certificates, and product quality assurance worldwide. We are committed to innovation, AI, and emerging technologies that deliver faster, high-value manufacturing solutions. Ford is seeking a Manufacturing IT Product Manager that will lead a global PC & I Tech team of 5–10 software development and support professionals focused on using AI Vision Systems to improve Ford product quality. You will serve as a change agent, build a high-performing team, drive enhancements, and ensure 24x7 support within the Manufacturing business unit. This role supports the production and quality of vehicles and components across Ford’s global Vehicle Assembly and Powertrain facilities.
