Nurse Full-time AM/PRN

You will administer & document medications, assist in admission & discharge procedures, communicate residents’ conditions to physicians and family members, and more. Responsibilities: Administer medication and treatments to residents Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner Complete wound treatments when necessary Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines Responsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered. Requirements: Active RN/LPN License in Illinois required A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required 1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting required Excellent organization skills #clinical
