Valet Supervisor

A Valet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a valet service, ensuring efficient vehicle handling, excellent customer service, and the safety and security of vehicles and guests.

Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times. If needed - operates vehicles in a safe manner to minimize the potential for accidents. Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage. Ensures all team members are providing exceptional guest experiences to every guest by smiling at, greeting and helping every guest as they enter the garage. Maintains garage organization. Sets the tone for the workplace by keeping an upbeat attitude. Must be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the team members and customers to enjoy. Helps team members to remember to always use approved language choices. Communicate with other co-workers to inform each other of the organizational plan constructed when the shift is over. Must set an example by looking sharp at all times and helping employees understand how to successfully adhere to Caesars Virginia uniform guidelines. Oversee team members to keep a professional work area. All other duties as assigned.

HS diploma or GED. Casino/Hotel experience preferred. Experience within an upscale hotel preferred. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Bell Attendant, Valet or related position is preferred. Minimum, of two (2) years’ experience as a supervisor or related position. Valid Driver’s License Must have schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime, as needed. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. 5 years of safe driving experience in vehicle. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Wage: $20.00 per hour ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Requires seldom sitting, kneeling, lifting/carrying of 51-100 lbs.; occasional bending, reaching, and crouching Copying & writing of numbers Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity as well as the ability to distinguish letters, symbols and currency Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
