Manager, Talent Acquisition

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this role will develop, build and lead a best in class recruiting team. The role will be responsible for driving a creative sourcing strategy and implementing consistent processes and reporting. This position will consistently measure the team progress against aggressive hiring goals. The TA Manager will partner closely with all leadership across the company and be viewed as a trusted and valuable partner. The TA Manager will leverage our Applicant Tracking System to process candidate status through interview process and extend offers.
