At the Expo City Camps Team, we offer engaging and educational programs for children. Our mission is to create an exciting, safe, and enriching environment that fosters growth, creativity, and fun. Internship Period: 1 July 2026 through 28 August 2026 This internship is a hands-on opportunity to support the delivery of engaging educational content and inclusive programming. The intern will assist with preparing learning materials, setting up workshops, documenting sessions, and helping to ensure smooth facilitation of activities. Ideal for recent graduates passionate about inclusive education, facilitation, and youth engagement. Work Schedule: E xpected to work 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; however, the schedule may b e adjuste d based on departmental requirements. The main responsibilities for this role include: - Delivery of engaging workshops/activities for camp participants aged 5-12 years. - Assist with setup and takedown of workshop material/props post-delivery. - Set up audio-visual tools needed for workshops. - Support facilitators during activities, providing individual attention when needed. - Organize and maintain program supplies and learning spaces - Help document participant progress and feedback through photos or simple logs - Collaborate with staff to improve accessibility and learner engagement - Support the lead manager in observing sessions to ensure facilitators are delivering content as approved. Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required - Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both spoken and written. - Comfortable engaging with learners of different ages and abilities - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Organized, proactive, and willing to learn - A team player with a positive attitude - Respectful of accessibility and inclusion needs
