Senior Financial Analyst

The Sr Financial Analyst – Global Supply Chain Finance supports financial visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across Hologic’s global supply chain. This role owns global inventory reporting and insights, supports M&A integrations and divestitures, maintains reporting hierarchies, assists with standard costing and markup table updates, and contributes to budgeting, long-range planning, and ad hoc analysis. The role partners closely with Operations, IT, Accounting, FP&A, and Tax to improve processes, reporting, and analytics. Knowledge Supply chain, manufacturing, and operations finance Inventory accounting, cost accounting, and working capital management Standard costing, revaluation, and intercompany markup processes Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning ERP and planning systems, preferably Oracle and Hyperion Reporting hierarchies, data structures, and financial governance Skills Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI preferred Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations Strong communication and stakeholder management Cross-functional project support and prioritization Reporting automation, dashboarding, and process improvement Behaviors Takes ownership and drives accountability Collaborates effectively across functions and levels Communicates clearly with finance and non-finance partners Demonstrates curiosity, accuracy, and attention to detail Adapts quickly in a fast-paced, global environment Proactively identifies risks, opportunities, and improvements Experiences 5+ years of progressive finance experience Background in manufacturing, supply chain, operations finance, or cost accounting Experience with inventory reporting, standard costing, and financial planning Experience supporting M&A integrations, divestitures, or cross-functional projects Experience with ERP/planning tools and global matrixed organizations preferred Ready to make a difference in women’s health? Additional Info: The annualized base salary range for this role is $ 81,900 to $128,100 (commensurate with level and experience) and is bonus eligible. Final compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
