Sr. Manager, Compliance

The Government Business Systems Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s Six Government Business Systems—Accounting, Estimating, Purchasing, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Material Management & Accounting System (MMAS), and Property Management—meet all DFARS 252.242 7005 requirements and remain audit ready at all times. This role leads compliance strategy, internal controls, system assessments, and corrective action planning across all six systems. The manager partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Program Management, and IT to ensure compliant processes, accurate data, and effective system governance.
