About The Role

  1. 工艺流程系统维护：协同部门工艺整合工程师，主导项目新产品工艺流程系统的建立与日常更新维护，确保流程文件的准确性与可追溯性；
  2. 研发进度效率保障：主导项目产品在工艺流程开发、成本降低及产能良率提升等环节的日常工作，有效保障研发任务按时推进与交付；
  3. 项目资源规划管理：主导项目资源管控（包括NDA管理、优先权分配、PFA配额、结构晶圆及NPW协调等），优化资源配置并提升利用率。
  4. 教育背景与专业知识：大专及以上学历，微电子/集成电路/材料/物理/化学工程等相关专业；
  5. 行业与专业经验：具备半导体行业相关经验（工艺或生产运营方向），能理解芯片制造工艺流程基础逻辑；
  6. 专业技能与资格：能使用办公软件（如Excel、PPT）完成日常事件的分析、整理及报告输出，具备清晰的书面与口头表达能力；
  7. 其他要求：具有团队协作与沟通能力，能在跨部门协作中主动推进任务，具有较强的责任心及积极的工作态度。
