About The Role

  • 1.需求分析与产品设计： 主导HR业务部门的需求调研与分析，输出业务需求文档、产品设计原型及产品需求分析文档，并与业务方达成一致；
  • 2.开发过程驱动与质量管理： 基于PRD和原型，驱动开发团队进行设计、开发与上线，闭环管控需求满足度与交付质量；
  • 3.产品全生命周期运营： 推动线上系统的持续运营与推广，迭代优化产品功能，为产品从规划到退出的完整周期负责。
  • 1.教育背景与专业知识：统招全日制本科及以上学历，具备3年以上产品经理经验，有电商、金融、社保或企业数字化转型等核心业务系统的需求分析与产品设计经验；
  • 2.专业技能与资格：能使用Figma、Adobe XD等原型设计工具独立完成高保真界面原型设计，能输出规范的业务需求文档与产品需求分析文档；
  • 3.行业与专业经验：具备数据应用设计经验，如指标体系、数据可视化、标签体系或基于数据的智能化应用设计，能使用Python、SQL优先；
  • 4.项目/任务成果：主导过至少2个完整产品从需求调研到上线的项目，并为需求满足度与质量负责；
  • 其他要求：具有整体性产品思维与项目管理能力，能协同多角色团队推动目标达成，具备较强的学习能力与文档编写习惯。
