About The Role

  1. DRAM芯片FinalTest/模组Test的测试良率与时间管理；
  2. 初步良率/时间异常分析筛查，发现明显异常反馈设备改善并追踪效果；
  3. 异常材料规范化处理，缩短处理TAT；
  4. 严格遵守业务SOP，保持品质警觉，疑停明行，杜绝品质事故；
  5. 协助工程师开展相关业务。
  6. 理工科本科以上学历；
  7. 具有半导体工作经验优先；
  8. 善于数据分析者优先；
  9. 善于沟通协调和团队合作；
  10. 在快节奏的环境中有一定的承压能力；
  11. 具有数据自动化处理能力者优先。
