About The Role

  • 1.工艺应用开发与优化：主导KrF Scanner的工艺应用开发与参数优化，系统解决曝光、显影、刻蚀等整合工艺中的技术问题；
  • 2.客户需求对接与产品验证：对接客户工艺需求，提供机台工艺解决方案，主导新产品及新Layer的工艺验证与导入；
  • 3.数据驱动与工艺改进：建立并维护工艺应用数据库，基于良率数据进行分析，推动工艺窗口的持续改进与闭环；
  • 4.跨部门协同与产能保障：协调工艺、设备、生产等团队，确保机台高效稳定运行，达成产能目标；
  • 5.知识沉淀与培训：编写应用文档与技术报告，沉淀最佳实践与经验，牵头对内部团队进行技术培训。
  • 1.教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，微电子、材料、光学、化学等相关专业；
  • 2.行业与专业经验：具有3年以上KrF Scanner直接应用支持或工艺整合经验，熟悉光刻全流程及良率改善方法；
  • 3.项目/任务成果：主导过至少2个新产品或新Layer的光刻工艺验证与导入项目；
  • 4.其他要求：具有系统性思维与数据分析能力，能独立解决复杂工艺问题，具有良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力。
