About The Role

  1. 生产效率与指标优化；
  2. 监控并分析生产区域关键指标（如OEE、WPH、Cycle Time等）, 识别瓶颈机台与工艺工程（PE）、设备工程（EE）团队协作, 制定改进方案, 提升生产效率；
  3. 计算机集成制造（CIM）开发与应用；
  4. 参与CIM系统（MES、SPC等）的开发与优化, 提升生产自动化与数据追溯能力；
  5. 推动智能制造（Industry 4.0）相关技术的落地应用；
  6. 标准化作业与防错（MO Prevention）；
  7. 制定并优化标准作业程序（SOP）, 确保操作规范统一；
  8. 设计防错（Poka-Yoke）机制, 减少人为误操作（MO）；
  9. 6S管理与生产纪律；
  10. 推行6S（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全）管理, 确保生产环境整洁高效；
  11. 监督生产纪律, 确保员工遵守标准化作业规范。
  • 1.本科及以上学历，理工科专业相关专业；
  • 2.6年以上半导体工厂（12英寸优先）或高端制造业，具备很强的生产管理经验；
  • 3.具备OEE 效率提升等相关项目经验；
  • 4.良好的跨部门沟通协作，及统筹能力；
  • 5.有新建FAB 的建设经验优先。
