数字设计工程师-Digital Design Engineer(J16833)

About The Role

  1. 基于整体项目要求，总结整理数字电路的设计SPEC，明确各模块功能/时序要求，合理规划数字电路时钟及复位树方案;
  2. 完成并验证数字部分电路设计，包括RTL coding，Sythesis，STA，CDC，nlint，etc，按时release高质量的模块设计;
  3. 精通Synthesis，熟练编写SDC及STA，协助APR完成高效时序收敛;
  4. 熟练进行跨时钟域分析；
  5. 有静态及动态功耗分析经验者优先;
  6. 熟悉Memory相关SPEC/设计者优先.
  • 1.微电子学专业，本科及以上学历；
  • 2.5年以上ASIC芯片设计经验，有参与两款以上芯片研发量产经验；
  • 3.熟悉主流EDA工具，如DC，ICC，PT，CDC, PTPX, Redhawk等；
  • 4.熟悉UNIX/LINUX操作系统，熟悉TCL、Perl、Phython编程；
  • 了解Memory芯片SPEC/设计者优先；
  • 5.具有团队精神，责任感，积极主动，沟通能力强。
