About The Role

  • 1.负责半导体研发设备的安装、调试、维护与故障排除，确保设备稳定运行（Litho、ETCH、Thin Film、Diffusion、CMP、WET、Defect & Metrology、Assembly主机台及其附属设备）；
  • 2.分析设备运行数据，提出改进方案，降低设备故障率；
  • 3.与多部门合作，从设备角度解决半导体先进工艺面临的挑战；
  • 4.与研发线设备厂商合作，推进机台验证及实现量产持续性工作 。
  • 1.本科及以上学历，5年及以上半导体设备（Litho、ETCH、Thin Film、Diffusion、CMP、WET、Defect & Metrology、Assembly主机台及其附属设备）维护经验；
  • 2.熟悉半导体设备原理及结构，具备故障诊断与维修能力；
  • 3.较强的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力和团队合作精神；
  • 4.良好的团队协作能力，工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应紧急加班需求。
