About The Role

1.负责对研发中心安保公司的日常工作进行管理和考核；
2.评估安防日常运营存在的风险，对发生的安防事件进行追踪调查和后续改进；
3.负责定期举行紧急事故的处理演练及风险评估和应急事件的处理；
4.安防系统进行日常维护；
5.与其他部门的沟通与协作。
1.教育背景与专业知识：本科学历，计算机、自动化相关专业；
2.行业与专业经验：3年以上安防管理工作经验；10人以上安保供应商的管理经验；
3.专业技能与资格：了解安防系统架构及运维模式，掌握基本的门禁、视频监控及报警系统等安防系统工作原理；
4.其他要求：清楚的逻辑思维能力；具备高度流程化意识；优秀的语言文字表达能力。
