About The Role

  • 1.快速响应光刻过程中的异常（如缺陷、设备故障），组织团队排查根本原因；建立预防措施，降低工艺风险；
  • 2.主导光刻工艺改进项目（如曝光参数优化、缺陷率降低），分析数据（CD均匀性、套刻精度）并推动解决方案；识别项目风险，制定应急预案；
  • 3.作为核心接口，协调生产、质量部门，确保技术目标与生产需求对齐；定期汇报项目进展至管理层，使用数据可视化工具；
  • 4.确保项目成果落地（如新工艺量产导入、良率提升达标）；推动经验沉淀，建立标准化流程。
  • 1.教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，微电子、材料、化学工程等相关专业；
  • 2.行业与专业经验：3年以上半导体光刻制程经验，主导过光刻工艺改进或设备导入项目；
  • 3.专业技能与资格：精通光刻工艺核心参数（NA数值孔径、DOF焦深、OVL套刻精度）对良率的影响；掌握数据分析工具（如JMP、Excel），能独立分析良率问题。
