About The Role

  • 1.CMP工艺优化与良率提升：带领团队对CMP各道工艺的优化/维持/改善/规划，降低缺陷率及良率提升；
  • 2.2nd Source开发与成本降低：开发2nd Source并制定完整执行计划，降低成本；
  • 3.跨部门沟通协调：进行跨部门沟通协调，工作优先顺序及内外资源的协调合作；
  • 4.人才培养与流程标准化：人才培养，标准化各类流程。
  • 1.教育背景与专业知识：本科学历及以上，电气、电子、自动化、机械等相关专业；
  • 2.行业与专业经验：5年以上的CMP工艺相关工作经验，有良好的工艺整合与耗材方面知识；具备12寸Fab建厂/扩建/量产工作经验，以及2nd Source & CIP开发经验；
  • 3.其他要求：能带领团队快速解决问题，降低风险，节省成本，提升效率，培养人才。
